Zayed still lives among us today—not merely as a memory of the past, but in our present, in an enduring approach and deeply rooted values upon which the foundations of this nation were built. The UAE did not simply witness a remarkable civilizational transformation; it established a comprehensive humanitarian vision that became a tangible reality. This vision is reflected in the country’s actions in times of peace and becomes even more evident in the face of crises and challenges, under wise leadership that continues to follow the path of the founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace.

My country is a land of generosity and prosperity, but also a land of resilience and steadfastness. Its principles do not change with changing circumstances; rather, they become even more firmly rooted when adversity strikes. It is great through its actions before its words, always present as a loyal friend to those near and far, standing with the strong and the vulnerable alike, defending what is right, and balancing firmness with wisdom—even during the most difficult moments of conflict, when the positions of others may shift and change.

The UAE has established a unique model of strength—one in which power is expressed through forgiveness and tolerance. Its response has never been defined by loud voices, but by calm and confident action. At a time when the rhetoric of escalation grows louder and public discourse becomes increasingly confused, the UAE has chosen to speak the language of dignity and demonstrate that true strength lies not in reaction, but in self-restraint.

The strength of my country is not a passing circumstance; it is a story told from one generation to the next. It began with the vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and continues today under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may God protect him. In him, we see the spirit of the founding father, Sheikh Zayed—in his wisdom, his humanity, and his far-sighted vision that balances the needs of the present with the aspirations of the future.

Here, in this land, we do not remember our founding father, Zayed, merely as a memory. We see him in every achievement, in every stance, and in every value we live by each day.

Zayed has not departed. He lives on within us—in our leadership, in our values, and in a nation that continues to write its story with steadfastness, reminding the world that those who sow values reap blessings.
